High-Volume Injection Molding Service

With high-volume injection molding, we keep every production consistent, on-specification, and on schedule from tooling to millions of parts.

Materials We Work With

We support a broad range of plastics, rubbers, and elastomer to meet your part's functional and cosmetic requirements, while helping you achieve the right balance of mechanical performance, durability, and environmental resistance.

Custom Manufacturing Applications

Our extensive experience across diverse industries allows us to apply proven manufacturing practices to each project while developing solutions tailored to your specific requirements.

Our minimum order quantity is as low as 1 piece. For high-volume orders, production lead time is typically 20-30 days for orders under 10,000 pieces, and 30+ days for orders above 10,000 pieces. Rush service is also available with an additional fee.
High volume production typically uses hardened steel molds designed for long-term durability and repeated cycles. These molds can withstand extensive production runs while maintaining dimensional accuracy and part consistency.
Our injection molding capabilities support part sizes up to 2500mm x 2000mm (98" x 78"). Standard tolerance is ±0.2mm (±0.078 inch), with tightest achievable tolerance down to ±0.025mm (±0.001 inch).
Our mold surface finishing follows SPI standards: Glossy Finish (SPI A1-A3), Semi-glossy Finish (SPI B1-B3), Matte Finish (SPI C1-C3), and Dull/Textured Finish (SPI D1-D3). We also support VDI 3400 textured finishes.
High volume injection molding is ideal for projects requiring thousands to millions of parts with consistent specifications. It is commonly used when production demand is stable and reducing per-unit costs is a priority.
