About Erye

Erye began the journey for custom rubber and plastic parts manufacturing 40 years ago. We started as a small workshop, and now we’ve grown steadily into an international corp with a 30,000 sqms facility. Since 2008, we’ve expanded globally, exporting custom rubber and plastic parts in a wide range of industries, and now support customers in over 100 countries and regions. Many of them have worked with us for decades.

Our facilities are equipped with advanced equipment, including 5-axis CNC machines, automatic injection molding machines, and precision EDM and wire cutting systems. This allows us to handle complex designs with tight tolerances, meeting the demands of both prototype and large-scale production.

We understand how the mold quality effect the final molding product quality. So in 2016, we established our own in-house mold & tooling production line. Supported by experienced engineers and advanced machines, our team design and produce mould independently. From mold flow analysis and DFM reporting, to prototype and large-scale production, and final assembly testing, we offer one-stop service. This helps simplify the sourcing process, shorten lead times, and keep costs under control for our customers.

Every custom project is unique. From product structure deisgn, to selecting and testing the right materials, and finally moving into production, our professionly engineers are involved throughout the entire process, working closely with customers. We ensure the final products meet expectations in both function and quality.
